The Eating Blueprint Method was created by Dr Jen Nash (CPsychol, AFBPsP, ClinPsyD, BSc), a Clinical Psychologist, Chartered Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and Board Member of the National Obesity Forum. A recovered emotional eater, she’s spent the last 10 years immersed in the heart, mind and science of eating behaviour, unlocked the missing link of her own weight loss journey and now loves nothing better than to inspire you to find yours.
